WHAT IS KINGS LOOT RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY?

 

We aim for excellence with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks. If your product is faulty, or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, send it back to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

If you change your mind (it happens to the best of us), or wish to return an unwanted gift, please contact Support@KingsLoot.com as we would love to help you exchange or refund your purchase if returned within 14 days of delivery. There are a few things to note: the return shipping isn't covered and refunds need to be sent to the original purchaser's method of payment. Promotional offers may be eligible for a partial refund. All items must be returned in their original condition and in the original Kings Loot packaging.

Remember, all our products come with Lifetime Replacements, so if something happens down the road, be sure to let our support team know via Support@KingsLoot.com.

 Please email us at Support@KingsLoot.com and in the subject line put "Return" or "Exchange" based on what you need.

 Our team will get in touch with you shortly! After we handle your request, we will let you know which steps to take to finalize your return/exchange.

 Any returned items received by Kings Loot without prior notification and approval cannot be processed. Therefore, please always give us prior notice and wait for our approval so that we can help you out efficiently.

 There are a few things to note:

 

What items cannot be returned?

 

  • A replacement product
  • Free gifts
  • Products bought from a third party (e.g. IndieGoGo, Amazon, eBay, etc.)
  • Products bought during promotional periods (e.g. Cyber Monday, Black Friday, etc.)*
  • Products bought with via a Sweatcoin offer
  • Any order below $50 (not including shipping fees)
  • Any product under the value of $30
  • Any items bought in a gift bundle - International orders or any orders placed outside of the USA

 

Are there any charges on returns?

The return shipping isn't covered and refunds need to be sent to the original purchaser's method of payment. Promotional offers may be eligible for a partial refund.

The shipping costs on the original order are not eligible for refunds.
 

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your item(s) have been returned, please allow 2 - 3 business days for them to be assessed. A member of our staff will then issue your refund and notify you via email. A credit will automatically be applied through the original method of payment within 10 business days.

How soon will I get my replacement/store credit?

Once your item(s) have been returned, please allow 2 - 3 business days for them to be assessed. A member of our staff will then issue you a store credit or ship you a replacement, depending on your request.

ORDER CHANGE / CANCELLATIONS

If you want to make changes to your order(s), please reach out to us at Support@KingsLoot.com. Once the order has been paid for and confirmation is received we cannot guarantee changes can be made. If you want to cancel your order after it has been processed, you will have to go through the regular returns process. All orders are charged in United States Dollar (USD).
