We know there are countless reasons an item may need to be returned and we aim to make the return process as easy as possible for you.

NOTE: If you ordered through Amazon, all returns must be done through Amazon.

IMPORTANT - All returns MUST be done through our online returns database to ensure receipt of returned items and to receive the issuance of your refund.  Our warehouse is over 200,000 square feet, and they currently process 40,000 orders per day.  If a return is sent back to us without an RMA (going through our process with the link below), it is nearly impossible to track down the package and a refund cannot be issued.

Let’s go over some information for the return ordered through the Kings Loot online store, social media or link:

  • You can return an item up to 30 days after delivery (meaning when you received it)
  • All products must be in an unused condition and back in the original packaging (no cards or cash inserted into the wallet)
  • ALL items, including free bonus items, need to be returned for a full refund
  • We cannot supply a return label to international customers

What items cannot be returned or exchanged?

- A replacement product

- Free gifts

- Products bought from a third party (e.g. IndieGoGo, Amazon, eBay, etc.)

- Products bought during promotional periods (e.g. Cyber Monday, Black Friday, etc.)*

- Products bought with via Sweatcoin offer

- Any order below $50 (not including shipping fees)

- Any product under the value of $30

- Any items bought in a gift bundle

Are there any charges on returns or exchanges?

The return shipping isn't covered and refunds need to be sent to the original purchaser's method of payment. Promotional offers and Gift Bundles may be eligible for a partial refund. The shipping costs on the original order are not eligible for refunds.

All international orders must pay for their own return label. This cannot be provided by Kings Loot.

Special note: Our leather is authentic and prone to usage marks. If you intend to return the product, refrain from putting cards and money inside the product.

What if I don’t send back the promotional items?

No worries! We understand that items can get lost or you may decide to keep them. If that’s the case, then a partial refund will be given. Normally, the Kings Clip and Sleeve together retail for $44, but we will only deduct $27 from your return.

How long does it take to issue the refund for my order?

As soon as our Shipping Team receives the wallet, it can take up to 2 weeks to process the return.  You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.

What if I opened the package before returning it?

We have a great Shipping Team and they will inspect the package for you. As long as there is no damage and it appears to be in an unused condition, we will issue a refund. If there are damages, marks, or stretching in the leather and we’re unable to accept the package, we’ll let you know and send you the wallet back.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your item(s) have been returned, please allow 2-3 business weeks after the product is received for them to be assessed. A member of our staff will then issue your refund and notify you via email. A credit will automatically be applied through the original method of payment within 10 business days.

How soon will I get my replacement/store credit?

Once your item(s) have been returned, please allow 2-3 business weeks after the product is received for them to be assessed. A member of our staff will then issue you a store credit or ship you a replacement, depending on your request.
