How long does shipping take?
**COVID-19 may cause unexpected delays for our shipping carriers, we appreciate your patience and support during this time.
Your order should be on its way to you within 1 business days. Delivery times will vary, based on the service you selected and your chosen destination. All shipping estimated are calculated in business days.
Expedited Shipping is $12.97, and typically takes 2-3 business days to be delivered. The delivery time is the time it takes to reach you once it has been shipped. We use UPS and Fedex for these shipments, but cannot take requests for which carrier to use.
*Please note that these are estimates and aren't guaranteed, we will not be able to reimburse expedited shipping costs for packages that miss the estimated delivery date, nor do we refund shipping costs for returned items.
Standard Shipping is $5.58, and typically takes 5-7 business days to be delivered. The delivery time is the time it takes to reach you once it has been shipped. We use USPS and DHL eCommerce for these shipments, but cannot take requests for which carrier to use.
Free shipping is offered for orders over $100. This is only standard shipping.

Where do you ship?
We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Because orders are shipped from the United States, extra duties and taxes may apply, depending on your selected destination. Although it is unlikely, please note that Kings Loot is not responsible for and does not refund these costs.

My order has been delayed.
Unfortunately there may be delivery delays due to reasons outside of our control such as carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, or labor strikes.
We ship all orders within 1 business days and once shipped, provide a Tracking Confirmation email to your email address on file. Once a package leaves our facility, we no longer control how your order is handled or where it is sent before delivery.
We will not be able to reimburse expedited shipping costs for packages that miss the estimated delivery date,

What if my package is late?
We appreciate your patience. We ask that you wait four additional business days beyond your Expected Delivery Date. If your package still has not arrived by that time, please use the chat button on this page, and we would be happy to help investigate and reach out to our carriers when needed.
All packages shipped by USPS they would have to file a claim if missing after that period.
As the shipping cost is credited to the carrier used for shipment, this cannot be refunded.
*Claims of missed/incorrect deliveries will not be accepted past 30 days of the order being placed. We ask that these issues be brought to our attention as soon as possible.

My package says delivered, but I didn't receive it.
We ask that you please allow 3 additional business days past the “delivered” scan as the carrier may have accidentally scanned the delivery too early. If your package still has not arrived, please contact us.
All packages shipped by USPS they would have to file a claim if missing after that period.
NOTE: Please be sure to check around for your package; some carriers leave packages in hidden places so it cannot be seen from the street. Check to see if someone else, like a neighbor or an Apartment Office Manager, accepted delivery on your behalf.

Can my order be redirected to another address?
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the listed shipping address.
We recommend contacting the shipping carrier using your tracking number for reference to inquire about making any changes which could impact a successful delivery. We are not able to contact the shipping carrier for this matter on your behalf.

Can I upgrade my shipping after an order has been placed?
We process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed we are unable to edit your order’s selected shipping.
Please note, there is a short window of time (up to 1 hour) after order placement when your order can be cancelled.

What is Prime Insured Shipping?
Prime Insured Shipping is a superior package insurance that insures your package if it is lost or stolen in transit or upon delivery.
Prime Insured Shipping must be purchased at time of checkout to be eligible for this insurance.
Prime Insured Shipping is only available for United States of America orders. Due to shipping policies in the US, we will not cover issues shipped to other countries.

What does Prime Insured Shipping cover?
- Order issues for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed no sooner than 7 days after the last tracking update for United States domestic shipments and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
- If the customer is filing an order issue the same day that the package was marked as delivered, at our discretion. We may ask you to wait 5 business days. Carriers (FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.) sometimes prematurely mark the package as delivered when it’s still in transit.
- At our discretion, we may require a police report when the customer’s package is marked as delivered. Depending upon the jurisdiction, a false police report may be charged as a misdemeanor or a felony. Order issues for packages marked "delivered" yet not received are considered stolen and must be filed 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises.

What does Prime Insured Shipping NOT cover?
- Orders returned to sender
- If the customer entered the wrong address at the time of order
- If the customer is unsatisfied with their product
- If the customer's package is delayed for whatever reason
- If the customer paid for expedited shipping but the package arrives outside of the expected window
