How Do I Cancel My Kings Club Membership?

To cancel your King's Club membership, simply log into your dashboard, go to the “My Account” section, and select “Cancel Subscription” or click this link to follow the cancellation process. Rest assured, there are no fees for cancellation. Please note, canceling your membership does not entitle you to a refund for any boxes already paid for, nor will it halt a pending charge.

Your cancellation will be effective from the next billing cycle. To avoid being billed for the next quarterly box or the next set of four boxes (for Annual Members), please ensure you cancel before your upcoming billing date. If not, your subscription will continue for the scheduled delivery.

Note: Cancellation requests for Annual Memberships will take effect only at the end of the current subscription year. As an Annual Member, you've prepaid for 4 King's Club boxes, which are non-refundable. However, you'll continue to enjoy your luxury boxes and all the exclusive membership benefits until the end of your prepaid term.
