WHAT DO "LIFETIME REPLACEMENTS" COVER?

Everything that can go wrong with the wallet, even if your dog turns it into a puppy chew toy! Just send your wallet in and we will replace your wallet at any time for any reason. 

WHAT OUR "LIFETIME REPLACEMENTS" DOESN'T COVER?

A lost or stolen wallet. For that, we offer Kings Care!

WHAT IF MY WALLET IS DEFFECTIVE?

Although we try our hardest, we know mistakes happen and defects can occur with our handmade wallets. If you believe your wallet is defective, please email us at support@kingsloot.com for a return label. We do ask that you cover the shipping & processing. We will send you a brand new wallet right away. After our shipping team receives your defective wallet, please allow us 2 weeks to inspect it. If your wallet is deemed defective, we will refund you the shipping & processing costs, no questions asked!

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER MY WALLET FOR "LIFETIME REPLACEMENTS?"

No, for LIFETIME REPLACEMENTS, just send in your old wallet with the order number we send you after you request your new wallet. 

HOW TO REQUEST A NEW WALLET?

Simply email us at support@kingsloot.com and we will verify all of your information so we know where to ship your replacement. We pay for the wallet, we just ask that you cover the shipping/processing. 

IS THIS LIKE A WARRANTY OR INSURANCE PROGRAM?

This is better than a warranty because there is not an approval process. It is better than insurance because there isn't a high-cost deductible. There are no conditions or fine print that will prevent you from getting a new wallet. Just request your new wallet and send in your old one.
