DO I HAVE TO REGISTER MY WALLET FOR "LIFETIME REPLACEMENTS?"
No, for LIFETIME REPLACEMENTS, just send in your old wallet with the order number we send you after you request your new wallet.
 
HOW TO REQUEST A NEW WALLET?
Email Support@kingsloot.com so we can get the replacement issued. 
 
IS THIS LIKE A WARRANTY OR INSURANCE PROGRAM?
This is better than a warranty because there is not an approval process. It is better than insurance because there isn't a high-cost deductible. There are no conditions or fine print that will prevent you from getting a new wallet. Just request your new wallet and send in your old one.
