Behind The Scenes: Laser Engraving

Kings Loot has been wanting to put a personal touch on our products for quite some time now. Customers have been eagerly anticipating engraving for years, now we have the ability to provide for the customer with personalized gifts that can cherish for years to come.

Why We Chose To Engrave

We are excited to announce our latest collaboration using laser engraving! We desire to bring an intimate and personal aspect into the products we create, which is why this opportunity for customers is so perfect!

We're all about giving our customers the option to personalize! We offer three different fonts that they can choose from, so we know whatever your style preference is - you'll be able find a good fit.

Benefits of engraving on leather

Engraving on leather provides a clean yet contrasting look.

Engraving darker leathers results in a more subtle contrast, while light-colored leathers produce a significant color contrast.

We only work with top-of-the line Premium Full Grain Leathers and engrave our wallets using high quality equipment in order give you quick results while staying consistent!

Using laser on leather provides a sealed cut that won't cause the fabric to fray or otherwise deteriorate.

A second benefit to cutting leather with a laser is that it’s extremely fast and precise.

The Process Of Engraving

The process of engraving a wallet involves an app and machine called Laser Pecker. First, we unwrap the wallet, enter the content through the app on the iPad, then engrave the wallet and repackage it.

A laser engraver works by burning in the content by a laser (heat). The time it takes will depend largely upon what you want to inscribe, but typically customers can expect 3-5 minutes per item!
