HOW TO REQUEST A NEW WALLET?

In order to start your replacement process, please start here.


Once your replacement is approved, we will email you an invoice.


After the invoice has been paid, a return label will be emailed to you so you can send in your old product!


The product has to be received and processed by our shipping team before your replacement product can be delivered to you. This could take 2-3 weeks.

Our LIFETIME REPLACEMENTS program is designed to add the most value to our customers. We will replace your wallet at any time for any reason. We don't just want a one time customer, but a customer for life. No gimmicks or catches. We pay for the wallet, we just ask that you cover the shipping/processing.
