Don't know your order number? No worries, you can email support@kingsloot.com to help locate that information.
Once your replacement is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
Need your new wallet before you send us the old one? No worries, you will have the option to select instant exchange to get your new wallet shipped out right away, then once you get the new one, send us the old one back! (Note: Temporary hold charge may apply)
Note: Engraving will not transfer over to new replacements.
Our LIFETIME REPLACEMENTS program is designed to add the most value to our customers. We will replace your wallet at any time for any reason. We don't just want a one time customer, but a customer for life. No gimmicks or catches. We pay for the wallet, we just ask that you cover the shipping/processing. Lifetime Replacement will cover the same model, same color only. If we do not have that model, we will replace it with an updated model but the same color.
