Kings Loot Luggage Lifetime Warranty Terms:
Your Kings Loot luggage is covered for life (original owner) against defects that impair function. If something we made fails, we’ll replace, repair, or send a DIY repair kit so you’re back rolling fast. (Shipping costs may apply)
The warranty covers:
- All functional parts that matter most to receive the intended use of the product. Examples include:

- Broken or malfunctioning wheels
- Trolley/handle that stops performing as intended
- Locks or zippers that no longer function as designed
- Any functional failure that prevents normal use
- Airline damage (Airline claim documentation is required)
The warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic wear: scuffs, surface marks, color changes
- Damage from misuse, unauthorized repairs, or tampering
- Exposure-related damage (extreme temps, solvents, acids, submersion)
- Normal interior wear (lining, pockets) that doesn’t affect function
- Lost or stolen luggage
- Parts are still fully functional
- Any luggage purchased from unauthorized resellers (Facebook Marketplace, eBay, Poshmark, etc.)

Your first wheel repair is on us. We quickly ship a wheel kit (cartridges and screws) with your claim, with a 60-second video installation guide.
1-Year Airline Damage Protection (Included)
If an airline rough-handles your bag in the first 12 months—think cracks, bent axles, broken wheels, or handle—we’ll help make it right.
How it works:
- Start a claim in the portal with photos + airline documentation.
- We’ll ship parts/kit free when a DIY fix solves it.
- If a send-in repair or replacement is required, you will be responsible for shipping costs both ways.
- Due to normal wear and tear, it is not always possible to return your luggage to its original condition. We will make replacement decisions at our discretion.
- Exact color/limited editions may be replaced with the closest current model of equal or higher value.
For added peace of mind, we offer an optional Concierge Coverage+ upgrade that extends the mishap/airline damage coverage window, covers lost luggage, and covers shipping costs both ways. You can purchase that HERE. (Please note Concierge Coverage+ must be purchased within 14 days of purchase)
